The backup page includes an export button that exports the data and information entered into the online store, creating a backup copy of it and keeping it, in order to avoid losing the data for some reason or any error can be caused by the user, as well as the store`s owner can contact the technical support of the Vertex Cart platform to help him / her to recover his / her store`s data by providing the backup copy to the support team.
